  My husband and I were very disappointed with our experience at Gerber Collision. The repair took significantly longer than expected, and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor, especially considering the strong communication standards their website advertises. We were supposed to receive regular updates, but those updates rarely came, and when we reached out ourselves, Diane in particular was consistently rude and unhelpful. The tone and lack of professionalism made an already frustrating situation even worse. We do want to add that the actual repair work on the car seemed to be done well, and we appreciate the mechanics for their hard work despite the length of time it took for those repairs. It’s unfortunate that the professionalism of the front-end staff did not match the quality of the repair. Based on our experience, we would not recommend using Gerber Collision if you are looking for timely service, reliable/detailed updates, or professional communication0.

  I had a great experience from beginning to end. Before choosing them for my insurance claim repair, I stopped by to meet them and ask questions about the damage and a few other things. They were super helpful and kind. Pam was especially fantastic through the whole process getting everything set up and dealing with issues from the insurance company and having to make changes. Service was fast - parts came quick and repairs were done fast! This was completely an opposite experience from a repair I had done a couple years ago at a different body shop. I'm thankful for that!

  I had a collision claim through the other drivers insurance. Gerber was quick to get started. The repair process did take quite a bit of time, however they called me almost every other day to give me updates on the process. Even if I didn’t pick up they would leave a message with the current status and what they were doing. After dealing with the collision, Gerber removed a lot of stress that I had from the ordeal.

  I wasn't impressed! I'm not saying anything about the work they do because they didn't do the repairs that I need done. They took a week to get a estimate for work i needed and that estimate was 3 times higher than others I got..
