Over time, the billing became inconsistent, with unclear and smaller charges showing up without explanation. Communication from my rep (Adam) completely dropped off, and they stopped reaching out when it was time to process payments. After making multiple complaints about the poor condition of the truck, the driveshaft eventually fell out. During that breakdown, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at Enterprise to arrange a tow. When I finally reached someone, they showed no urgency and didn’t even offer a replacement vehicle. The next day, my office admin followed up and spoke to Adam, who on what sounded like a recorded line made up false claims that he had offered a replacement truck. This was untrue, as I had repeatedly asked about swapping the vehicle for maintenance. Enterprise clearly does not maintain their vehicles properly, and the lack of accountability and honesty from this location is unacceptable. We have since purchased a brand-new truck for our business because it’s far more reliable than trusting Enterprise with our transportation needs.
