  Extremely unreliable service. Horrible experience!! When reserved online at 8:30AM, it showed THIS location had the vehicle I wanted and got confirmation. The location called me at 11 (know that all enterprise locations close at 2PM). It took them more than 2 hours to figure out they don't have the vehicle I reserved and to give call. Their excuse we were busy, while completely disregarding for the plans I had while I reserved the vehicle - no apologies, no trying to help find alternative solution nothing..... Would not use enterprise rather go with some other options.

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd time having a scheduled pickup at this location and no one is there. I had a pickup scheduled for 9:30AM get there and the door is locked with a sign saying we’ll be right back. Waited until 9:55 and no one still! Called another location and they began to laugh because apparently this is normal for this location. Horrible service and bad business overall. Avoid this place at all cost!

  I rent a car from these people starting on May 9. My insurance company was the one paying for all the way until the end of May after that I’ve been paying for it all the way up until 29 August they told me to come in for a rewrite manual. I’m in a wheelchair because I was in a terrible car accident. They told me to come up and do a rewrite when I got there. The mail took our keys, made up a story saying that I owe them money. Everyone knows you can’t owe a Rent-A-Car company. Nothing they tried to cover their details because they left my rates at my insurance rates when they rewrote instead of changing them over man this was day not mine. I didn’t ask for it. This is what they did And when I asked for them to explain how I owe this money, he couldn’t explain how old this money so he got irritated how the police made it seem like I was in there being belligerent and out of control put me in the hot sun manual. I’m on medication that doesn’t allow me to sit in direct sunlight. I sit there from 3 o’clock to 8 o’clock till I found a ride home because these people lied to me, man. They knew my situation and knew know what’s going on, but everyone want to pass the buck around the office on who thought it was too blame who the third man they gave me every vehicle they have gave me needed a oil change new tires, and they were still dirty. Every time I called to get a replacement vehicle or I tell him I needed to change out because of these reasons, I don’t have any vehicles this went on for a period of time to the point where I was stranded and they had pretty much no way to get to me so I had to pay $56 for a tow which now all of a sudden turned into $86 wait 2-3 in The middle of nowhere they took the vehicle to somebody’s toll lot took. I had to get a ride to the airport from the airport. They didn’t have a vehicle for us so we sat there for another 23 hours. We didn’t get home till after midnight then I had to go back up to enterprise to get a car and manual steel dirty needle oil change tires fup They took my security deposit saying it was for this tow so how do I owe you with the money the guy day before said I owe $71. I gave him $31 the next day that leaves a balance of $40. How do you get to 86 couldn’t be explained man why was willing to pay for $40 but I’m not paying $86 if you can’t tell me where this money went when I asked for a corporate number or to speak to the person who said this cause they kept passing it off on someone else then they tried to say they emailed me several times. I have literally one email And the rest are all contracts that I signed.
