Return process fine accept for shuttle driver just looked at me and my wife as we loaded our own bags plus golf bag. I travel a great deal, use Enterprise often. Usually solid but not this time.

I wanted to call and ask about modifying a reservation and the staff kept picking up and immediately hanging up. 3 times in a 20 minute period. Wildly unprofessional behavior.
