    Was not understanding at all. Gave me a cat that was way smaller than mine and was white which I hate. This was on December 24 and said I couldn’t come back till Monday December 29 to switch it out. Didn’t care about my concerns whatsoever. Car also has 2 dents and a scratch but I wasn’t told about those so I took pics so I don’t get charged for it.

    I’ve gotten couple rentals from the Colerain location and every single time has been great time with Ben and Veronica helping me out.

    I needed to have work done on my car and had things that I had to do. I rented a car from the Colerain Ave. Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They provided excellent service and gave me a ride back to pick up my car. I would highly recommend this location. The people are kind and professional.
