His coworker, I forget her name, she works long hours and always helping with this location as well. Their customer service is how a business should be run.

At 12:45 I had called once and The body shop had called twice with no one showing up to take me to get my rental.... I decided to take the 30-minute walk to get my renta meself. Between walking in the door and leaving in my rental The story I told them seem to matter very little to them and they were not bothered whatsoever that I was inconvenienced with the time and the 30-minute walk. The only time that I will ever use this car rental service again is if my insurance company mandates the use of them as they did this time.
