Scam! Biggest scam! These guys are taking money from us. I will go to the police, court or whatever it takes to prove they are taking money from us not just $100 or $200 for the mistake that we haven't done. My friend rented the car. He used his Amex for renting the car. The car was with us for on day. At first they said scratch to the door. When we said we have pictures before renting the car and the scratch was already there, they said it was other side of the car, for which they assumed we don't have a picture for. After that friend emailed to enterprise and they charged only for the rental. The car was supposed to be give to us at 10:30, but the person at the desk kept saying they are preparing the caring, washing it, making it ready so that is it ready for us to take. After 35mins of waiting we got the car. But still, they charged us from 10:30 only. And regarding damage, they are not sending us any pictures with timestamps before and after our pickup. Even the person at the desk verified our car, he would have said then and there itself if he found a damage. But he didn't because there was no damage at all!
Now comes the biggest fraud. After billing us for the time that we have used the car along with 35mins that we have waited for the car, after nearly 13 days, i.e., Today on 10/13, they billed him $4239.31, what is this bullshit! Because his card is AMEX and just because he can claim?! If that big of a damage has occured, why didn't we file a police complaint or if he hit someone why didn't they file a complaint on us? This is very serious issue. Not sure if anyone faced this but would support any kind leads. We will definitely take this seriously and file a complaint and do whatever we can to prove our innocence. Such a shame digging money from someone who hasn't done a mistake.

I use the app regularly but there is zero chance of getting a call in for a question. Insomuch as our world is but an online virtual place it would be nice to talk with a rep when questions arise.
