    My car was totaled the week before Christmas, and my insurance sent me to Enterprise. Steven made getting the rental quick and painless, and he even gave me a ride home after I dropped it off. Great customer service. Will definitely be back—hopefully not because of a totaled car!

    I have rented from Enterprise Rental many times. On this particular rental I had a problem with my windshield wiper washer, not working on yhus rental. They exchanged it and gave me a different model in a very efficient way. It was not the personnel‘s fault that the car part actually failed. They handled the correction of the problem in a very professional way. I would definitely rent from them again.

    I did have a problem with my first rental, but it was resolved with exchanging the car for a different one. These guys bent over backwards to make me happy. It was not their fault that there was a breakdown in the windshield wiper washer of my first rental. My problem was resolved very professionally.
