Will they announce that we’re doing upgrades here a few weeks ago I was hoping that it would be more room to vacuum the cars, but evidently that’s not the case.

- FHFin HerkingJul 17, 20251.0I went to get a car wash and as I was about halfway through it, a piece that keeps the rain from leaking through the top of my car came off and was dangling down by the drivers door. As I got out of the car wash I went to park to see what had happened. A nice lady came over and helped me try to fix it and when we couldn’t, she had me fill out an incident report. It wasn’t until I was home that I looked at my car and realised it was all scratched up. There were scratches on the top of the car and paint chipped on the sides. Not only that but the tires were scratched up with chunks taking out of the rims. I know for a fact these scratches and dents were not there before. I also know that paint was not chipped. I have always gone and used their free vacuums but this was the first time in the car wash. After that experience it will be the last. Matt Hill emailed us and said that nothing was out of the ordinary in the cycle I went through so he said there was nothing they could do. Obviously it was the car washes fault because none of this damage was here before I went through the car wash. If I could rate this experience 0 stars I would because they don’t even deserve one.
