I came in thinking I needed an alignment ($130) because my new-to-me car that I'm about to drive home to Canada was pulling to the left. They test drove the car to confirm it was pulling left, checked things out under the car to make sure nothing was wrong, realized the directional tires on the front had been switched at some point, put them on the correct sides, and drove it again to discover it was now pulling to the right, meaning the tire was the problem. Knowing I wasn't quite ready to replace all four tires, they suggested rotating the rear tires to the front. So they put in a fairly significant amount of time diagnosing the problem in order to recommend that the best option for me was the one that only cost $20. If I lived here I would definitely trust them with any future car needs.
