They clearly were having issues with their balancer because 47 weights in one spot is unacceptable, and all 4 wheels are similar. I am a commercial truck mechanic and if I see more then 5oz on a truck I start investigating and those tires are much heavier. They also torqued my lug nuts to 230lbft, verified with my calibrated torque wrench. That's 100 higher then it should be. Obviously the mechanic just used an impact and cranked them down. This is my pregnant wife's car and they didn't seem to have her safety in mind.

I came in stressed, thinking I’d have to replace all 4 tires after some damage, which would’ve been a huge unexpected expense. Instead, Keith took the time to check thoroughly and reassured me that the damage was minor enough that replacement wasn’t needed right away. They could’ve easily sold me new tires on the spot, but instead they chose to be upfront and save me money. That kind of honesty is rare, and because of it, I’ll definitely be back here when it is time to replace my tires. Thank you! -Stephanie
