Had my toddler with me and as the worker was coming outside I was sitting in my car and asked if he could check my engine light as well as go inside and get me a taillight for my car. Without hesitation, he said of course and used his personal car reader and even changed the taillight for me. Great people that work there!

She explained the difference between the headlights and then helped me with the wiper blades. I was not aware about the difference and she saved me time looking and even helped me learn how to put the blades on as I had asked. She is helpful and fun to talk with. Will be coming back in the evenings and sending my sister to get wiper blades from her.

You are singling out a person who probably was off the clock because of a formal employer for years told her not to do anything off the clock. Let me inform you that woman does more for everyone than you know. Another thing some might be having an off day but don’t accuse people of something they are not. Autozone needs to protect there employees and not allow a target to be put on someone’s head like this accusation and remove the post.
