She explained the difference between the headlights and then helped me with the wiper blades. I was not aware about the difference and she saved me time looking and even helped me learn how to put the blades on as I had asked. She is helpful and fun to talk with. Will be coming back in the evenings and sending my sister to get wiper blades from her.

Let me inform you that woman does more for everyone than you know. Another thing some might be having an off day but don’t accuse people of something they are not. Autozone needs to protect there employees and not allow a target to be put on someone’s head like this accusation and remove the post.

She also didn’t want to help us with our Free battery testing. I felt profiled because of the color of my skin. She even got upset when the supervisor came and helped instead. I will never come back to this particular Auto Zone!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
