This recent trip, a woman with somewhat short hair guided me right to everything I needed, helped me weigh pros and cons, gave tips for installation, and had a friendly chat w/ me as she rang me up. I apologize I forgot to ask her name, but she worked around 3:15pm on Mon Feb 2nd. She has great automotive-centric customer service skills, and I won't hesitate to come back because of that. Please do what you can to keep her around!
