I mentioned website says they do and he turns to his coworker and says - do you know we cut keys now, the website says it, we don’t have any equipment so i don’t know how, but apparently we do” this was about 30 seconds into our conversation- so if you want some hilarious sarcasm by a 20 year old, this is your place. if you have questions, i’d suggest go elsewhere
