Went down to get a alternator tested and they said it was broken pretty rude as week so I went to another location where they were able to test and they said they lied at the other location and recently got a brand new tester and that more than likely they were to lazy to help me out.

Definitely zero Stars! I've had two experiences with this place both within the week and both experiences have got to be the absolute worse and all of my 50 years of life. I had them test my battery and give it a charge if possible which they did and it tested bad. After putting it on charge for 15-20 minutes I asked them to hook their jumper box up so that I could start my truck once I reinstalled my battery because I took it off while I was there at the store and they literally argued with me and gave me every reason and excuse why it didn't make sense to jump it off of their jump pack and start my truck. They did more work trying to get out of hooking the jump box up to my truck then if they would have just actually hooked up the jump box. They eventually did jump my truck after about 10 minutes worth of Exchange. That was November 1st 2025. Then tonight my brakes are grinding literally worn down to nothing and at 5 minutes till 9:00 which is what time they close I was in the lot and called the store to see about inventory for my pads. It took me four times to get through and when I did they still wouldn't send me brake pads because it was 5 minutes till 9:00 and they didn't want to open the door and let me pay for my brake pads and leave which should have never been closed in the first place. They either need to fire the staff that's in charge and hire someone else or fire the whole place and rebuild staff from the bottom up. That's my suggestion but my recommendation is to not use that AutoZone

The Autozone associate sold me an incompatible battery for my vehicle. Continued to have issues starting my vehicle and the other day I lost power to my vehicle while driving it on the highway, putting my life in danger. This could have gotten me killed. The knowledge and customer service of Autozone associates used to be top notch. Now they’ll just sell you anything to get you out of the store I guess no matter dangerous and life threatening it could be. I’m appalled by the service I was given and the fact that I can’t return the battery even under these circumstances of your employees neglegence. I’ve been a committed Autozone customer for a very long time and unfortunately looks like I won’t be anymore.
