The cover did not work like I thought it would. It would not stay down during windy times. I returned the wind cover/ Frost shield and discovered that they would not give me my money back. They would give me a debit card. I'm not used to that. I usually they just put the money back on your card. This is fine with me because I know I'll be back again at this local store. Do yourself a favor and visit advance Auto parts. You'll be glad you did

Larry attended to me and performed the cold crank test, which indicates whether the battery is good or bad, as well as a voltage test. The voltage was 12 volts due to the battery being jumped five minutes earlier, but it failed the cold crank test. I needed a new battery. He explained that since I came so close to closing time, he couldn't install the battery, as it would leave only one worker in the store—two workers are required. My friend and I exited the store and discussed our options in the parking lot. It was already 8 p.m., and I really needed a new battery. We didn't have any tools with us. My friend suggested I ask Larry if, upon purchasing the battery, he could lend us the tools needed to replace it. When we returned, Larry told us he would install the battery after finishing with other customers. We waited patiently, paid for the battery, and followed Larry to the SUV. My friend held the flashlight as Larry replaced the battery. He had some difficulty with one of the parts, but instead of ignoring the issue, he addressed it, explained the problem, and provided a solution. After the installation, I started the car, and it fired up immediately without hesitation. I really appreciate Larry's knowledge, professionalism, and hard work. Thank you so much, Larry. Keep up the great work!
