    On my first visit, they refused to install the wiper blades I purchased online from them, even though their website clearly states that installation is free and included. If I had known they wouldn't install them, I would have bought the same wipers elsewhere for less. On my second visit, they refused to read the error code on my car. The cashier said he was the only one in the store and couldn’t leave the counter. I reminded him that it was 8:30, there was no one else in the store, and my car was parked literally five feet from the door—there was no risk of someone slipping in and stealing anything. All he needed to do was plug in the code reader, which would take maybe a minute. Then he claimed he couldn’t leave because he might miss a phone call. What a joke. Whenever I’ve called them before, they never answer the phone. Now suddenly he wants to stay glued to the phone to please a potential customer while completely ignoring an actual customer standing right in front of him. I will never come back to this store again.

    I had a truck load here today! It was a very difficult load with a semi and box truck. Angie and her team were amazing! I can tell that Angie really loves her team and the job! We need more managers like her!

    I’ve worked on cars my entire life, I’m used to condescending remarks made by employees of auto parts stores. However, the guy working the counter today takes the cake. Rude, short temper, condescending. If a customer asks you for a specific part, it’s okay to check that they’re getting what they need, I appreciate it in most cases. But, if that customer tells you what they need again, maybe back off and save the smug remarks for IF they return the “wrong part” later. By the way, I took my business elsewhere, bought the “wrong” part and what do you know, it works!

    Stopped in for some battery terminals, quick disconnect and some other electrical components, surprised to find a large selection of nice parts. Some pieces seemed to be a bit more expensive than they should have been but they were nice parts. Optima makes some killer batteries but geez they are way too costly because there performance isn't that much better than a regular battery. Good selection of parts, found what I was after.
