Columbia Acura reserves special edition vehicles (2023 TLX PMC Edition) and doesn’t even sell them when they get them. This car had only 300 pmc editions made and 100 were blue. Columbia Acura acquired a blue one in 2023 and they let their employees drive the car for three years, not selling it, and not doing any maintenance whatsoever. Now after letting their employees drive it for three years, they are listing it for sale at sticker price of when it was new. This is beyond scummy dealership practices and should be pointed out. This dealership is only in it for themselves and do not car about the people who actually want to buy cars, not just drive them around town for free.99.
The Columbia Acura service team is awesome. Jamey Moore is the best out there
Columbia Acura has numerous cars that are listed as “new” with “0 miles” that are not actually on the lot and are being used by their employees and customers as demo cars, which is essentially a rental. A demo car is not a new car, and listing it on your website as new with zero miles is just blatant false advertisement. Worst Acura dealership I have been to, BY FAR.

Can't say that in 63 years I've been inspired to write a positive review of a car dealer since my experiences have ranged from iffy to frustrating and occasionally awful, but Columbia Acura set itself apart. One year ago I bought a 2025 MDX Type S from John "Yanni" Photiou and he was great, despite me coming in a bit headstrong and defensive. I paid the negotiated price, doc fee, and sales tax with more offered but nothing shoved down my throat, so it was easy to escape clean which can be difficult at some dealers with their egregious markups and hard sell warranties and accessories. Never pushy, he was on my side and went above and beyond texting me a couple of undercarriage tech-nerd pics I wanted and pushing the car out for me the same day it was delivered to the lot. I wanted to be the first and only retail driver so it wouldn't get beat on pre-break-in, and he made that happen. I just had my first service at the one year mark and that was a breeze as well. Jamey Moore was the service advisor, and he was cool not pushing any jive or snake oil in my general direction, so you gotta love that.
