  Stopped in for wiper blades and literally every single employee in that store was there to make my life easier. 10 star customer service. Almost bought the wrong type (older car model), and one gentleman popped out of nowhere and asked if he could take the wipes off to check how they attach. Needed a different type than what we originally picked out-and one of the wipes was stuck under the hood. They took the time to take off the old and put on the new ones and he cleaned my front and back windshields. They should have a tipping option I would have given all 4 of the employees one for how kind and attentive they were. Plus side-nobody was pushy trying to sell things. As a woman walking into a very male-dominated industry, I always go in to these types of places very guarded and dread being approached. I really appreciated the kindness and that they didn’t make me feel like an idiot just for being a girl. Thank you!

  I've been going to "the zone" for decades. Glad to find one nearby when I moved here. These folks are absolute pros. Special shout out to Sam, who tested and changed my battery in the snow!

  Dale, store manager, is a great guy and super helpful. I just went there to test my battery. The battery turned out to be ok, and I loved how thoroughly he explained why the car was not starting and what I can do to prevent that in future.
