Everyone else got their cars on time and left while I sat there until 10:55 waiting. The man who checked me in said my phone number, address, and employer out loud in that tiny room in front of several men who were also waiting. Zero safety awareness. The location was closed on Sunday, which I knew when I booked it, but it forced me to keep the car and extra day, costing double. There should be drop off after hours. Never again.
