The girl just tested the battery I asked her about the alternator or starter being the problem after the battery test came back good she says well I don't know. I'm back here again and the guy comes out puts the tester on that he couldn't connect finally gets it connected and it shows a bad battery but he says that's not right he needs to get the other machine that's better I ask why didn't you get that one in the first place he says I don't know well it doesn't test the starter but it's not your starter cause you wouldn't be able to jump it really since when. Please hire some people that know what they are doing or stop offering the service. I ended up telling him to forget it now I'm leaving. Had to give 1 star to post you actually get zero!!!
