  The Chesterland, location. The gentlemen that were on site took very good care of what I needed, they were short handed, but that's everywhere. I tip them that day, and said: Lunch on me. I will be going back there again for any further service I need done.

  I had scheduled an appointment online. Dropped my car off per the appointment. Mr tire had my car for a day and a half. I don't believe they did anything. I was told my sway bars links were bad and that they would need to order them from the dealership as nobody had them in stock. This is for a 2017 Dodge journey by the way. Mr tire is located right next door to AutoZone and AutoZone had them currently in stock. After I pick my car up and he explained all this I started to be suspect as my sway bars were just replaced. Ultimately my lower control arms were bad and diagnosed and repaired by chesterland Auto who did a great job. I don't believe Mr tire even jacked my car up to see what was wrong with it. I was fed a line of BS. I will not use or recommend Mr tire again and urge the store manager to look into this.

  I was from out of state and I had a shredded flat. I have an unusual size tire, but they were able to bring it in from another Mr tire and got to me that morning. I was super appreciative so I could be on the road by noon.

  Had an absolutely amazing experience! all of the guys at Chesterland Mr. tire are very friendly and do amazing work!!!
