  I go there often for oil change or repairs reasonable price very friendly will keep going there

  This review is for the Chesterland location. I live locally and was happy to try a place in town, rather than go to a dealership as is my husband's preference. I went in to have my snow tires mounted and put on. I also asked them to check out the tire sensor on the driver's side front tire, as it was not reading the tire air pressure. First off, I had an appointment at noon. When I came in they said it would be 2 to 3 hours before they were done citing they had 17 cars and only 2 mechanics. So rather than waiting I had my spouse pick me up. They still hadn't called by 5pm so I asked the hubby to check in. They claimed they were working on it then. Past 6, closer to 7 I called (since they close at 7). Again the guy said they were working on it then and it would be ready in 20 minutes. I didn't get my car back until 7:30. The guy was looking forward to go home. He walked out right after me. Perhaps it was putting off my car so long or just lack of detail, care or poor service. They had supposedly replaced my TPMS sensor and reset it. I was certainly charged for it. However, the issue was not fixed. It is still not reading the tire air pressure. Clearly they did not diagnose the underlying problem at the least did not check after to see if things were fixed. I was out the use of my car for 7 1/2 hours for a simple tire swap and TPMS sensor issue. Both charges were over priced. I will not be going back. Thank goodness my husband was able to pick me up so I was not waiting all that time there.

  Mr. Tire in Chesterland is a joke had an appointment scheduled for 8 am got there the doors were locked and the lights were all off so I drove around back to see if there was an additional entrance. Ther isn’t so I called the guy that answered said the doors are open and have been since 6:45. Now I know I am crazy sometimes but the door was not open and all the lights are off so by the time I drive back around the building lights are on and door is open. He clearly ran up and opened it so I said to him wow I must be loosing my mind because the doors were not open. He then tells me they do not have the tires in stock, I made an appointment, but says he can have them there by 2-2:30 at the latest so I agree. At 3 I called and he said they would be there any minute so I waited and at 4 I called NTB and they got me right in. It’s now 4:40 and I still have not heard a word from Mr. Tire. UPDATE they called at 5:45 I missed the call because I was driving and never even left a message. I would also like to note the guy that was there this morning Gio I think even said he was going to get yelled at by his boss because the door was not open I honestly think he was sleeping. And I gave a 1 star only because you can’t give any less

  Tire installation appointments are readily available, no long wait. Pleasant staffs.

  Great service from Gio and the staff there. Needed a patch on a tire and they handled quickly and promptly on the spot.
