- BWBob WeberFeb 25, 20261.02nd time renting here. First time I rented a luxury sedan for a week (last summer) that was, IMHO, a "rent-a-wreck". Vehicle was well worn with high mileage for the rate. It was delivered with filthy wheels and tires, something unbecoming a luxury vehicle. Fool me once, shame on you. This week, rented a Standard SUV that wasn't prepped again...this time covered in salt, snow and ice and sitting in about 6" of snow in the lot with 1/2 tank of gas. They didn't bother to wash, start or move it out of the snow, let alone fuel it. On return two days later, I arrived an hour earlier than the return agreement time and a staff member practically ripped me out of the drivers seat while I was waiting for my ride. The vehicle was then rented to another party before my rental time was up and the paperwork completed. Finally, the staff failed to give me a paper receipt and did not even email it. I had to call National customer service for that. A trifecta of customer service blunders. Horrible. Zero stars. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a 3rd chance. Update: 8 days later and I haven't received a copy of the Invoice to complete my business expense report. Apparently, customer service cannot act because the rental contract remains open at the branch. I have called Enterprise customer service four times on four different days now and still do not have a receipt.

However, Davis really stood out to me how he went above and beyond to make so I had “an even better car than I asked for”. I will definitely rent from them again and will recommend them to everyone!
