    2nd time renting here. First time I rented a luxury sedan for a week (last summer) that was, IMHO, a "rent-a-wreck". Vehicle was well worn with high mileage for the rate. It was delivered with filthy wheels and tires, something unbecoming a luxury vehicle. Fool me once, shame on you. This week, rented a Standard SUV that wasn't prepped again...this time covered in salt, snow and ice and sitting in about 6" of snow in the lot with 1/2 tank of gas. They didn't bother to wash, start or move it out of the snow, let alone fuel it. On return two days later, I arrived an hour earlier than the return agreement time and a staff member practically ripped me out of the drivers seat while I was waiting for my ride. The vehicle was then rented to another party before my rental time was up and the paperwork completed. Finally, the staff failed to give me a paper receipt and did not even email it. I had to call National customer service for that. A trifecta of customer service blunders. Horrible. Zero stars. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a 3rd chance.

    I have rented from enterprise multiple times, and their customer service is top notch. They all did really great, and I don’t remember all of their names. However, Davis really stood out to me how he went above and beyond to make so I had “an even better car than I asked for”. I will definitely rent from them again and will recommend them to everyone!

    I will always do business with Enterprise, I had a car accident, rental was set up thru my insurance and oh boy, enterprise originally set me up in some kind of Jeep, lol! i could not drive it! it was crazy! so i asked for a different car, the mentor branch did not have a substitute, so i called around to the other locations and found a car at the Chardon branch. Drove that crazy Jeep straight there after work, got into a beautiful Nissan sedan, (loved that car!) and had it for about 2 weeks. The employees were great! I had zero issues and it only took maybe 10-15 minutes... Enterprise is awesome! I know why they are #1!! I wont go anywhere else!
