  rented a car from here and unfortunately I hit an identified object on the road and damaged the car. I reported the accident to enterprise corporate and I reported the incident to this branch and I reported the incident to whoever it was that checked the car in when it was returned. My insurance paid for the accident but now, six months later, they are telling me that I did not pay for the entire amount of damage and that I was no longer allowed to rent a car from them. This is all based on their error as I fully reported the damage on the car and what was due was paid. Enterprise even sent me a refund check. I am being held responsible for their errors and subject now to a very rude and unprofessional series of communications in which they deny their place in this fiasco. they have gone as far as to accuse my husband of being me and refusing to rent to him. He has a drivers license that clearly states his name yet they are telling him that he is actually a different person. The stupidity of the people at Enterpriseis outstanding as are their attempts to simply piss a long time customer off. They have lost a customer of 30 years.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. First off, we ordered a full size SUV and was given the only option they had, a mid size SUV! It was filthy, but we took it. We didn’t notice the driver side wiper was broken until that evening when it started to rain. I called Bainbridge Enterprise to let them know my situation and that I was in Michigan and it was a downpour, and could I get another vehicle. I was told to find an Enterprise and see what they can do!! After 10+ years of renting from Enterprise, I expect more! I didn’t have time to find another branch, in another state to rectify the lousy vehicle I was given. Absolutely no help, no customer service. To make matters worse the transmission started acting up on our 3.5hr drive home and when we told the lovely representative about our experience he completely blew us off. The most horrible experience/ location/employees! Don’t waste your time here!!

  The individual who manages the office in Chagrin Falls did an excellent job working with my insurance company, accommodating my schedule, arranging my transportation, and making the whole process simple. The sign in and drop off processes were extremely quick and efficient. The car I was given was clean and performed without any issues.
