  Highway Garage did an excellent job repairing our tire issue— they got us in the very next day, fixed it quickly and professionally, and Joe and staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve also had them handle other mechanical work on our cars, from brake service to diagnostics, and every job has been honest, thorough, and dependable.   Let me just state for the record that this place is a CUT ABOVE most other auto repair/auto body shops. I honestly can't even put into words how AWESOME these people are. I had what I'd consider a TERRIBLE experience at Bill's Body and Paint and went to Highway Auto as my next stop in trying to get an estimate for the replacement of my front bumper. From the moment I walked in there on December 3, I was treated like ROYALTY. They didn't consider my truck "beneath" them to repair like the aforementioned person did. He looked at it, took some pictures, and invited me in to put together an estimate. The aforementioned person said he wouldn't be able to get parts and said "It's too old." Well, Highway Auto found the parts in under 5 minutes and then went through exactly what I wanted done and wrote up the estimate. Since I'm alone in life I was going to need to wait for the work to get done at the shop and I also wanted a front-end alignment because I was getting new tires and shocks. So, they put the estimate together, I was pleased, and said I'd like them to do the work. They are an INCREDIBLY BUSY shop (and after my experiences there, it's easy to see why). So, it was going to take A LOT of coordination between the body shop and the mechanical shop to be able to get everything I needed done in one day while I waited there at the shop for its completion. So, I paid for the work right then and there and asked them to just let me know a week or so in advance of when they'd be able to get to my truck. It took over a month before I got it in but they communicated very well and I was not worried in the least. Today was finally the day where I would no longer have to look at my truck with gross Gorilla Tape holding the bumper off the ground!! The expectation was that it was going to take all day so I was asked to bring it in by 0900 and to bring something to do to pass the time LOL. Well, I did. At 12:26 Michelle (the office manager) woke me up to tell me that my truck was done and handed me my key and paperwork with warranty, etc. Before I fell asleep, though, I DID get the opportunity to observe how they were with many other customers and I have to say that they are WONDERFUL. You are not talked down to, no condescension, no rip-off jobs like replacing muffler bearings or turn signal fluid, etc. It was just an INCREDIBLE bunch of people working there who treated each and every customer like Royalty. I am AMAZED and I cannot say enough or speak highly enough how impressed I am with them. They even got a genuine kick out of my T-shirt (F-CAW-F with a chicken cartoon on it LOL!!). I am THOROUGHLY PLEASED with every aspect of this transaction and the work done on my truck and I can only say that I have NO QUALMS, NONE WHATSOEVER, in recommending them to anyone else who needs work done. They did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to accommodate my needs and unique situation and weren't in the least bit frustrated or upset about my requests. This is ONE HELL OF A CLASS ACT. Do yourself a favor and experience the professionalism and standard of excellence for yourself. You WON'T be sorry you did.
