I was in the bay for, 1 1/2 hrs, they seemed fully staffed, so not sure why it took so long. Nothing was said about the extended time or anything. Now 1 week later I am now leaking transmission fluid. I returned and was told that the work they did isn't leaking and that I essentially would have to prove otherwise.. It didn't leak before the flush, is proof enough for me! The extended time you took originally, is another indicator. Zero accountability. Take the time go to a real shop, you thank yourself.
