Friendly and quick, but always a little on the pricey side (although never as much as a dealer). Additional comment after response: The fact that you always have coupons available demonstrate that you know your prices aren't competitive. I should not have to call customer care or scour the internet to bring your prices more in line with other quick-lube facilities, which is why more competitors are opening shops (in my area at least). I know you have no control over corporate strategy, but eventually traffic will be driven to these new shops.
