  Even though we expect for the company to find something wrong with our vehicle; consequently, when the technician gave me the estimate of what it would cost to fix the issue, I compared the pricing to getting the work done myself or getting it done by a dealership they were cheaper.

  Stopped in today for an oil change at the Centerville location off of South Main and had an excellent experience. Carter and his crew were incredibly personable and professional. They actually had the specific type of oil we needed in stock, which has been very difficult to find lately! Carter did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process, and most importantly, we didn’t feel pressured into buying extra services or parts we didn't need. I highly recommend this location. Great job to Carter and the rest of the team!

  Wonderful team of professionals. Had my brakes serviced and the price was very competitive. The manager was courteous, attentive and professional. The technicians were working confidently in their wheelhouse. Centerville is a well-oiled machine. Keep up the great work!

  Horrible experience. We will never go back to Jiffy Lube, and we are telling everyone we know not to go there. They knock debris into my blower when they changed my filter. This cost me $69 at my mechanics, after Jiffy Lube tried blowing it out themselves. Then they said I needed new brakes. I had my mechanic do a full brake inspection. It cost me $69. Mechanic said my brakes are at 50%. After Jiffy told me my front brake are shot and it would cost $425 to fix them. Called the shop to complain. He said I needed to let them try to make it right. I said you already tried blowing it out. He said he would talk to his manager and call me back in 5 minutes. It’s been 2 days, with no call back. I now hate Jiffy Lube, and will tell everyone who will listen.

  I come here about 4 times in last year. This time it was to get caught up on services that I’d assumed incorrectly that the dealer ship would have taken care of. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, it’s clean, fast and they use the correct products which is discussed beforehand. This is super convenient.
