    I made a mistake going here to get one lug-nut fix for my car when I should have gone to Tire Discount, but my problem was with the customer service. When I asked a simple question about the price the front desk associate got annoyed with me and pretty much explained that I should be grateful for my pricing because of the experience and that others places wouldn’t have been as nice to me and would have charged me more. It still didn’t answer my question and instead had to google it to make sure everything in fact was correct which it wasn’t. I also brought in my own supplies but they still charged me for it. If you are a young woman looking to get your car fixed I would avoid this place because they will try to scam you and will get disrespectful with you when you just needed clarification.

    Had a leak in tire went in on a Saturday for them to check it out, came back and told me the tire is dry rot?? Vehicle is only 3 yrs old. The vehicle is AWD so wanted to sell me 4 new tires for $1200. So I started shopping around found out the tire is not dry rot but a screw was in tire on backside so could not see it. Train your people not to lie. Paid $500 for two new tires on same axle that match existing. Won't be back.

    I’ve been coming to them for over 30 years. The shop, even when it was called Monroe has always done excellent work for a very reasonable price. They continue to be my #1 place to go for car repair.

    Absolutely incredible! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and priced beyond fair! Had a last second emergency and they got me in and out quickly. I couldn't say enough good things about these guys. They don't just do tires and brakes, come check them out!
