But the guys on Whipp took care of me so I give them a 5 and him a -1 so 4 stars.

When I asked a simple question about the price the front desk associate got annoyed with me and pretty much explained that I should be grateful for my pricing because of the experience and that others places wouldn’t have been as nice to me and would have charged me more. It still didn’t answer my question and instead had to google it to make sure everything in fact was correct which it wasn’t. I also brought in my own supplies but they still charged me for it. If you are a young woman looking to get your car fixed I would avoid this place because they will try to scam you and will get disrespectful with you when you just needed clarification.
