Overall, excellent communication and service. I received frequent and accurate updates as my car was being serviced. My car is as good as new after a deer strike!
Not only so they work well, but they work quickly too. My car was ready 5 days earlier than expected. I'm impressed considering how many repairs needed to be done.
I highly recommend Liberty Collision!

I went here on recommendation from somewhere else that didn't do larger body repairs (bumpers).
I drove my car by at the scheduled appointment, I was told originally that they would have an estimate for the insurance company that day.
When I went in, I was asked to sign papers, they did not give me copies of what I signed.
I was asked if I wanted to wait for the estimate and that it would take about 10 minutes, or they could send it via email before I got home. It didn't arrive before I got home, I had to call not once, but twice. They pile all of them up and do at the end of the day, even though I was told I would have it before I arrived back at my home...or in 10 minutes.
I was then told would not do the estimate for two days. Unsure what they were doing those two days, I would have much rather had my car another 2 days instead of it sitting there.
Adjustor told me my car would be ready 7/14-15. I received a text from the collision center again a couple days later stating would not be ready until 7/25, I called and was told to ignore that text.
The adjuster said they had no clue at all where my car was in repairs and wouldn't until they had the keys in their hands.
They then said they were waiting on the part, they called the place it was supposedly ordered from and were told there was no record of an order.
With this information, I called and asked to speak with the manager, they looked further into things and discovered the adjuster placed the wrong part on the estimate, and said the new part had been ordered from the dealer.
Before the manager got back on the phone, the adjuster called me and said the part they were waiting on was there all the time, but the tech still had to see if it was the correct part. It was not the correct part, but at the same time didn't bother to communicate with the adjuster.
Highly disorganized not knowing if the part is the correct part, and for an adjuster to make the mistake and order the opposite side of the car part is inexcusable. They have had my car longer due to their negligence.
I was told the part would be in 7/17 and would be installed when it arrives and a few adjustments may be made and my vehicle will be ready that day.
They have an odd system for texting. I would suggest opting out and calling in for updates.
The adjuster said the text messages are not correct and only pay attention to the ones with their name on them. This is a chain business, I expect a bit more because of this, I highly suggest fixing your text system, as well as double checking your work before sending for parts. We are all human, but when you can't keep track of parts and orders, there is a problem that needs addressed.
Spoke with the Regional Manager who was able to speed up the finishing touches of my vehicle.
Went to pick up my vehicle, there was blue all over the off white console and driver seat, so I went back in and asked for a wet cloth to wipe it off. Someone came out and wiped the console off and I wiped the seat off.
The shop had left the paper in where the feet would be in the driver side, I took that out and someone came out and took it. She asked in front of my ride why I was being mean to her, I'm sorry, but instead of hanging up on me, perhaps talk it out on the phone instead of in front of others after the vehicle had been handed over. I didn't stand inside and ask why they were being so rude to me the last 1 1/2 weeks. Professionalism goes a long way, and this place severely lacked it.
I started to leave and noticed my cd was not there, I mentioned that and they said no one there has cd players. They stole my cd and couldn't care less. I was done with them, it's really hard to trust any of them after this whole experience.
Why one star? Because I could not give zero stars.
