  Overall, excellent communication and service. I received frequent and accurate updates as my car was being serviced. My car is as good as new after a deer strike! Not only so they work well, but they work quickly too. My car was ready 5 days earlier than expected. I'm impressed considering how many repairs needed to be done. I highly recommend Liberty Collision!

  Let me start by saying that Tom’s customer service is top notch. He always kept me informed with the status of my truck and went above and beyond to help in any way he could. With that being said. I consulted and dropped my truck off to the Centerville location for repairs. I was asked if it would be okay if my vehicle could be relocated to the franklin location for work to be done due to increased work volumes because of the storm. I agreed based off of reviews I had read saying they do quality work at all locations. I had to call to ask how my vehicle was coming along and when it would be completed. Job was strung along almost a month when I was quoted 2 weeks. I called once towards the end of my projected time line to see how my truck was coming along. I was told they are waiting on insurance to approve the windshield. I was told the estimated completion date would be the end of the week. The first time I went to pick up my truck (30 min drive one way) and yes I said first time. I look over my truck to find paint chips and bubbles in the clear coat all over the truck. I also found a good amount of over spray on the rear wheel. I spoke with someone at the store informing them of my findings and I was informed that they would handle it. I called the rep at centerville and I asked him if I could pick my truck up from the centerville location seeings how I don’t want to waist anymore time. He said that would be perfectly fine. I arrive to find my truck covered in dust and spotters from polishing compound. There was trash, plastic seat cover and a post inspection checklist laying on the back floorboard. No one should have to clean their car after having service. I have worked in a shop before and know that is not acceptable. Although I’m 6ft if you need to move the seat at least try to put it back close to where it was before not laid back like you were taking a nap. After closer inspection I have found body clips that are broken or missing. The window track is not installed correctly and there are still paint chips in the color. One of them being a mark I informed the rep of the first time I went to pick the truck up. There are swirl marks all over the truck. Due to the missing retaining clip the wiring to the tailgate is hanging down between the bumper and the tailgate. I was informed I could wash my truck in a touchless car wash. I went to the car wash the following day and due to the incorrectly installed window track I had water coming inside between the window channel molding and the glass. After making a total of 6 trips to the body shop with the first being the initial drop off of the vehicle I was done. I had to return a few times for things to be corrected. I still have small cuts in my leather steering wheel from when repairs were done. I am meticulous about my truck and there is no reason for this type of work to happen in a professional setting.
