  My car engine was making a noise, and the engine light blinked a couple of times. I dropped it off, and I spoke with the mechanic. He was thorough and explained everything. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful, I was back on the road! Thank you!

  Kirk and the team at the Centerville Jiffy Lube are outstanding. I truly feel this is grossly understated. I will start by saying that after our first oil change there about 7 months ago, my wife and I (and the several we told in frustration) vowed never to return. The service was poor and the staff was not attentive or communicative. Then, we figured we would go one last time just to exhaust the 50% off coupon we had yet to use. I went in on Wednesday with low expectations for our final oil change at this company. Much to my pleasant surprise, Kirk was cheerful in his greeting, was clear in explaining next steps. The service was performed quickly and Kirk stepped out to speak with us a couple of times. I felt like I was speaking to a professional that left me with no doubt as to how my car was being handled. Something was entirely different this time...other than the helpful communication that made me feel welcome, the service experience was more fluid overall and seemed more like a process than a mystery. We will return and we're thankful for the team and their efforts. It was extraordinarily refreshing at the end of a tense workday. Thank you.

  Came here because it was hard for autozone to get my battery out. Kirk told me he would have to brake the hold down on the battery. He then hit the driver door with a tool accidentally, wiped it off like nothing happened. It was ten minutes till they were about to close. So I started the car no problems and then pulled off knowing my new battery was in there. Once I arrived back to autozone. I had to replace the whole tray and the hold down piece. That’s why I wasn’t charged for the battery install. I wasn’t told both were broken though. Other than not knowing they broke two things instead of one I was a happy customer.   Very professional and very fast service. The price came to $124 for an oil change for my Tahoe after using a $16.99 coupon. I’m a mom of three kids with two jobs so I’ll probably stick with valvoline just for cost savings.
