My husband and I booked a minivan rental with Enterprise through Costco. The rates were competitive, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. I received a call from the Loop Rd location the day or two before our trip to discuss the reservation and confirm availability. Upon arrival, there were a few options to choose from. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. Our short time spent in the office was met with friendly, professional, and efficient staff. All fees were up front, and the receipt was emailed (printed receipts were also offered). We will definitely rent from this location again when the need arises!
