- VVVert4 days ago5.0I’ve recently had some bad luck with a non-insured driver totaling my vehicle. I was gifted an inoperable Jeep Liberty to make do. Done major work to it but couldn’t figure out my blinker to save my life. I believe they called him “Dyer”, but he saw me struggling in the lot and diagnosed my issue in seconds. Major shout out to that guy. Dude actually cares and that goes a long way. Thanks Dyer!

At first when I arrived at the store, I was greeted by someone in the parking lot that was driving one of the delivery vehicles. I was taking a picture of the headlight that needed replaced on my car. He told me that they would be able to help replace the light, and that there are also other services that they can help with. Walking into the store, I was greeted by everyone working in a very friendly manner, and was assisted right away. While replacing the headlight, it ended up the whole light fixture needed to be taken off of my car to be able to do the work that was needed. Without any hesitation, the job was worked on, and completed. While working on the light, they noticed that my coolant was low, and that I needed to add more. Now the heat in my car works like it should. It was such a great experience, there is no doubt in my mind, that when I need to purchase anything for my vehicle to keep it in working order, that I will be stopping here first. Not just to save money, but to be around hard working and trustworthy people. Thanks again guys, and what a great group of people you have there!

Once inside I found out he worked there. Carson instantly asked if I needed help, took me to the aisle and showed and explained my options for a replacement headlight. At checkout he asked if I wanted him to install the lights. (I didn't realize this was a free service of AutoZone.) Carson installed the lights accurately and efficiently. All throughout the process Carson was gracious, knowledgeable and friendly. Truly an asset to AutoZone! Way to go!
