  Isaac H. was an amazing help today. I came in for a battery. Come to find out what I had online was for a boat. We went outside with the battery. Then we couldn’t get the battery off the bolt on the bottom was stripped. So I took the car over to Jiffy Lube and they had to break the breakdown holder for the battery. Moments later the battery was in. So I came back over to AutoZone to fix what they broke. Only to find out that I also needed the whole battery tray too. So this sweet young man not only put the battery in he did the tray replacement , had to use bolt cutters too. He took care of my problem as if I was his mother. Thank you so much, your mom should be proud and so should the manager at this AutoZone. You definitely have a precious jewel working for you. I greatly appreciate all you’ve done for me today.   Rick replaced my car battery today which took some time. He was fantastic throughout the entire process considering the temperature outside and the difficult placement of the battery! I would highly recommend Autozone for the great experience I had today!

  Ricky and Carson was the best of help treated me like family and got me in and out the store very quickly I will definitely be using this autozone because or Ricky and Carson. I’ve never had a service like I did today I love this autozone.

  Chad and Carson were such a great help today!! At first when I arrived at the store, I was greeted by someone in the parking lot that was driving one of the delivery vehicles. I was taking a picture of the headlight that needed replaced on my car. He told me that they would be able to help replace the light, and that there are also other services that they can help with. Walking into the store, I was greeted by everyone working in a very friendly manner, and was assisted right away. While replacing the headlight, it ended up the whole light fixture needed to be taken off of my car to be able to do the work that was needed. Without any hesitation, the job was worked on, and completed. While working on the light, they noticed that my coolant was low, and that I needed to add more. Now the heat in my car works like it should. It was such a great experience, there is no doubt in my mind, that when I need to purchase anything for my vehicle to keep it in working order, that I will be stopping here first. Not just to save money, but to be around hard working and trustworthy people. Thanks again guys, and what a great group of people you have there!
