  A little late but 2 weeks ago Isaac provided outstanding support as I was having to replace my wife’s minivan battery that was severely corroded. I would not have been able to accomplish the task without his help and the support from others at the store that gave suggestions and assistance. Thank you

Andrea went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cared about getting me back on the road without unnecessary hassle.   Went in today 3/13/26 around 4:30pm because none of my tail lights/ brake lights were working. My brother passed away 7 years ago and would always help his sister with things like this. My Dad was a parts manager his whole life and now in a nursing home. Told the nice guy what was going on and he was kind enough to help me figure it out find some bulbs and replaced them for me. Thank you!!!! I wish I could remember his name but if you see this thank you I had a white VW van. :)
