  Let me preface this review by saying, I rarely leave negative feedback. I don't like to complain, but I’ve been coming here for years with ZERO issues… until my most recent visit. Went in for a simple oil change, should’ve been a $90 in-and-out appointment. Instead, I left with over $300 in repairs and a whole lot of frustration. They checked my tire pressure while I was there… and somehow, later that SAME day, all four of my tires were flat and needed new valve stems. All four. At once. I’m sorry, but that’s not a coincidence. Maybe the PSI for their air compressor was turned up to 200 or something ridiculous & blew them out, I don't know, but that doesnt just happen. Then they told me my headlight was out (which it was) and offered to install a bulb. I already had the bulb and planned to do it myself, but figured I’d save the time. Big mistake. Instead of removing it the normal way, they decided to go at it with what looked like a rubber mallet and a screwdriver like they were chiseling concrete. Couldn’t get it out, handed everything back to me, and sent me on my way. When I went to replace it myself later, I found the housing damaged and the fins completely busted off. So again… a basic oil change turned into damage that I now get to deal with. And to top it off, my valve stems are aluminum and tied into the sensors, so this isn’t even something I can easily fix myself. I get that most people hired are very young & no doubt beginner mechanics... but even I know how to do these things. Having 3 kids (one of them arriving just 6 weeks ago), oil changes aren't something I want to make time to do, but after this experience it's cheaper to hire a sitter & do it myself.

  The service was excellent but the price to get an oil change in my vehicle was really high.I didn't expect it to be that much

  Got full service oil change and got 10 miles down the road and oil light came on. Checked oil and there was none on the dip stick. Looked under car and it was leaking from oil plug.

  Strickland Oil Change in Carrollton, Ohio...HIGHLY recommend!!! Owen and Caleb were great!!! Answered all my questions politely, worked with me on pricing...which was GREATLY appreciated with being a senior citizen on a fixed income!!! Being fairly new to the area, I very happy I found somewhere that will get my repeat business!!! God bless those guys!!!
