However, I was absolutely disgusted by the way he was spoken to by the manager on duty, Caden. He was talking down to Chris, openly insulting him, and was short and dismissive toward both of us while I was in the store. Honestly, if I hadn’t urgently needed the service, I would have walked out right then and there. Whoever supervises this location needs to give Caden some serious pointers in leadership — or at least in basic respect and professionalism. No one should have to work under that kind of management.
