  I had a flat tire after work this morning, went to Walmart and purchased a new tire, two different Walmarts both told me they could not mount and balance the tire I bought there because of my type of car and it being AWD/4WD so my husband and I came here. We had a bit of a wait and after waiting, the guy told us since we didn't buy the tire there and he couldn't insure the work, he wasn't going to charge us to put the tire we bought at Walmart on, lol we were having a rough day and our battery died while we waited (sleepy husband accidentally left something running we think, LOL we're night shifters) but the guy gave us a jump as well and got us going again. Absolutely fantastic customer service! I did not catch his name but next time I need a tire for my car, my business will go straight to here! I will never go to Walmart for a tire again!!! Always tried to go to Walmart for the cheapest route to get brand new tires. But lesson learned, pay a bit more and give someone else the business and get it done right!

  I was in the process of getting a flat tire tonight. I swung in here as it was the closest spot. They put my spare on in no time and were so friendly and kind to me! Thank you to Joe, Kyle, and Jamie for your quick help tonight!!

  Joe from the Portage Road store and Kyle Ammond from the Whipple store were amazing! It was late, I just found out I needed 4 new tires and I was leaving on a long trip in the morning. Joe was so helpful with finding the right tires and getting them to Kyle’s store since they were open later. I have not had such an outstanding customer service experience in a very long time. They could have easily said no but their professionalism and make it happen attitude has made them my tire company of choice. Joe, Kyle and the whole team at both Portage and Whipple got me on the road. It was a breath of fresh air- it was almost closing time but they did everything they could do so I could leave early the next morning. Five plus stars to them!! Thank you for such an awesome experience! I will tell everyone about the amazing customer service!
