  They were amazing. The shop manager is very kind and helpful. Even with being VERY short staffed they were timely and were more than welcome to work on my car with so little mechanics working that day

  BIG ups to James and Terry! I rolled my car in with a flat at the end of the day for them and one of the worst days for myself. With their hospitality and kindness they changed my day completely around. The World needs more people like these 2 guys! If you are reading this James and Terry, I made it to safety thanks to you.   Store manager told me that I needed brakes, rotors and new tires after having my oil changed and tires rotated. I later went to the dealership and was told that my tires were in great condition and the rear brakes were slightly worn and the front pads could be replaced but all 4 rotors were still in great condition. Why lie to me just to make a buck? Now,having purchased the tires from your company almost 2yrs.ago,I definitely won't be a returning customer. During my visit, I mentioned that the front and rear drivers side tires kept on losing air. I asked if they could take a look and use the solution you use to check for leaks and the manager without hesitation said yes. Well,on my way to work 3/19/26 I was alarmed to see(via) TPMS that my rear driver side tire was low. Much to my dismay, I was not very happy. They failed to reset the tire monitor system and I didn't know what tire to put air in. Now I have to return and have them reset it. I believe that I should be compensated for the inconvenience and have said tires checked for leaks and fixed at the company's expense. Well, here we go. 4/20/2026 I took the car back this morning to have the TPMS reset and Terry D the desk person wasn't very happy about the posts I made earlier. Well,I guess that the truth can't be disputed. After contacting the corporate office and getting scheduled to get the service done at another location my problem is solved. Terry D,you were wrong and the TPMS wasn't reset at your facility. What do you have to say now? You'll never see me at your facility again..✌🏾

  Wow drop in at tire source on 12th street and ask if could put in blown light bulb and the did both side for no cost outstanding customer service way to go guys and thank you so much
