- BRBob RoudMar 25, 20261.0We took our company truck in for an alternator and battery. 6 weeks went by. Finally got word it was ready for pickup. Truck drove for an hour and died again. Apparently they only replaced the battery. It's back at their shop. Waiting Waiting Waiting!!! Zero communication from service dept. They should offer negative ratings.

I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and it's very disappointing seeing this location degrade simply because they have one person running the show most days. When corporate decides to properly hire people again, I'll put my review back to 5 stars like it deserves. Your workers deserve better.
- DPDarren PlottsNov 5, 20252.0Very slow on turn around. And then they did a pm on the truck washed it and blew the grease all over the te back and the window. My last job used a different location by Youngstown check engine light almost a month. Pick up a rental dashboard lights look like a Christmas 🎄 no jake and no cruise control. I guess they can only work for what they are paid 🤷
