Tried to call and talk to someone here and got constantly passed off to robots or stupid elevator music holds. Went there physically and had the guy tell me to come back at 130, a half hour before they close and he could help me, all the while sending phone calls on hold and not answering them, using the excuse that there's only 2 of them there working. Don't want to hear that crap. Only 2 work there cause the company REFUSES to hire more people!! Excuse therefore is invalid. I came back at 130 and guess what, line out the door of people cause that's what he said to everyone that came in. Can't believe how hard it is to spend money these days, and how badly these companies treat their potential customers... Their was no rental agreement, I turned around and left when I saw the line out the door..
