We did that, turned quotes in and they stated we will get a check to get damages fixed. However it’s been about 4 months and nothing! Back and forth with management and GM AND STILL NOTHING! What kind of customer service is this? No one responds in a timely manner! My husband has talked to Blake multiple times and he stated I will look into it! Still nothing?
