I need to file legal papers against him and his crew. He tokd me with a smirk on his face that hus companies employs hundreds of attorneys and I would never win against him with my non-corporate attorney. Smug. Arrogant. Unprofessional. Not willing to right the wrongs he helped create. I will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE, THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! In my humble opinion...don't waste your time. ..don't go here if you live a life of respectfulness. It is sorely missing at this establishment. I went in for an oil change. Because I intend of filing a lawsuit, I cannot attach photos or go into the specifics. For the record, this is the 2nd instance of serious maltreatments from this particular store...against myself and members of my family.

Terry went out of his way and above and beyond to help me with my daughters tire after being treated very poorly at the massillon location! Very sad I have to drive to another town 20 plus minutes away to get good service.
