The center called and could not do the service until 11am which did not work with our schedule but easily found us a time that would work. On arriving at the later time, the front desk manager informed us that they did not have that tire in stock which happened to be a buy one get one tire. They did not mention this during the first or second scheduling calls. This resulted in us spending more than expected. Front desk manager appeared annoyed by questions about price and not having tires in stock. He also talked negatively about another customer which he said was being rude on the phone and was a police officer. Service was quick due to them not having any other customers. I will look somewhere else in the future. Tires were over priced and you are not asked if you want to pay for warranties.
