There were other moving companies you could’ve called to have that moved your lack of preparedness self accountability and intelligence is not a reason to bash Pilot
- DKDalton KeithNov 23, 20252.0Two thumbs down I got here around 11:00 p.m. the subway I was already closed and looks like it had been that way for a while I wasn't planning on eating but that sucks for a lot of people the place was dead the whole time I was here not really any customers odd for a Saturday but to my dismay I sit here an hour and a half waiting on a shower and with this place not busy and literally no one coming in and out of the shower it was a huge disappointment to see that the guy cleaning the showers left 6 showers dirty for over an hour without touching them I had to make a complaint just to get him to do his job note that I waited an hour and a half but there was one other guy that waited longer when I entered the bathroom to take the shower there was pubes on the toilet seat luckily the shower was clean the water was hot and the pressure was adequate all of the other store employees were busy stalking and working diligently
- DCDan CainNov 10, 20251.0It would be - stars, but clearly it won't allow you to do that. I was in at 3am, and purchased a roll of Black Buffalo Long cut snuff. So I thought. Later on in the day I grabbed a can, and opened it up, and to my surprise it was pouches. I called and asked if the unopened cans could be replaced for the correct snuff. She told me no it was against the law. Which I understand that. I said so there's nothing you can do? She said no. I said I am in there almost daily, I get coffee, gas, snuff, drinks, and snacks for work. Her reply was you should've checked that you received what you asked for. So even though I told the gentleman what I wanted, and he gave me the wrong thing it's apparently my fault. It's crazy to me that a company would be willing to lose business over pennies in the long run. Especially when I am in there multiple times a week. Fortunately I pass the New Philadelphia Sheetz on my way to work.
