- ABAnna BencheckMay 19, 20215.0I came in to have my HP2000 APU serviced and to have a problem with the AC component looked into. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Diane and Karen and Tim shortly started to look at the APU. Soon discovered that the compressor bracket was broken and the compressor was shaking crazily. They didn’t have the bracket in stock but Diane handled the warranty issues and the overnight shipping of the part. By early the next afternoon, the APU was fixed, serviced and running like a dream! They allowed me to stay in my truck on their property and even allowed me to use their company vehicle to run over to Walmart! These people went above and beyond any shop I’ve ever been to and they certainly have my business from now on! Thanks to Diane, Tim and everyone else at Northern Mobile Electric!
