  States open on Sunday. Made appointment, drove 40 mins to get there and they are in need closed. Even the door sign says open on Sundays. Waste of my time.

  I did not know what I needed - all I knew was that my tire was losing air and I needed it fixed before driving 45 min home. Isaiah got me in without an appointment or anything, took care of my tire before the end of the day and was a delight the whole time. Thank you so much!!!

  Two Mr Tires in my area. I bought my tires and was told I’d get free tire rotation. Went back for an oil change and rotation. They lied about rotating the tires. I know because I marked them. I then made them do it. Next oil change I go to a different Mr Tire location and once again I mark the tires and once again they lie about rotating them. Mr Tire is MR LIAR! I dont know if they even changed the oil. The tire rotations are free because they dont do them.

  I came in for an oil change and wheel alignment on 11/14/25. I was there from 1pm to 6pm. The next day I was on my way to work, driving on I-77, when my tire became loose and I began loosing control of my car. Thankfully there not other drivers around me and I was able to pull off. Upon getting out of my car I saw that my rear passenger tire was crooked and missing a lug nut. Mr.Tire towed my vehicle to their location and claimed that a part they placed the previous night had failed. They also claimed they did not touch the lug nuts so the missing one was not their fault. I had several problems with this and explained that the very first line on my receipt was for a courtesy inspection and how would a missing lug nut be missed on an inspection. Furthermore, my receipt also showed that they did a tire rotation with my oil change. Either they lied about the services they did to my car, or they lied about removing the lug nuts. They made the repairs and I inquired about a refund. They told me I would have to talk to a district manager about that, and when I asked for their contact information the store manager told me he would have to get it and would give me a call back. He never called me back with that information so I called him and he then told me he could start the refund process and it could take up to 2 weeks. 2 weeks later it had still not arrived and I began calling to inquire and was repeatedly told it should be arriving any day now. By 3 weeks I finally disputed the charge with my bank. I only finally got the refund they promised because I filed a dispute with my bank. The work they did was dangerous and could have ended much worse than it did. Do not get your car serviced here.

  Supposedly Mr. Tire has adopted a 3rd party answering service with people incompetent of the English language. I booked everything online and was trying to change appointment times due to recent weather changes. The 3rd party has no knowledge of previous appointments made, no integrated programming software showing my choice of tires picked and paid for, appointment times made, choice of payments. Just some house in Bangladesh with 15 people with headphones on trying to serve you with zero knowledge of operations. Sourcing jobs overseas instead of just paying your current employees a little more to answer the phones. Shame on you! This review is for Mr Tire as a whole, not just this location. I've been to this location many times throughout the years and have experienced top-notch service.
