    I had a wonderful experience with Jillian, initially. I did not receive my full deposit back and was never explained the add-ons they suggested would be out of pocket and not reimbursed. Pat is completely unhelpful and seems clueless as to anything going on in the office, period. Very disappointed. Will not be a returning patron to this location. Enterprise on Whipple does not deliver.

    Worst enterprise I been to. The never have anything available even when you book ahead of time and they will have you sitting there looking stupid. The airport is faster and cheaper

    I had an amazing experience with multiple Enterprise locations after my accident. My car was t-boned on a Sunday morning while visiting Canton OH. The people at Enterprise were nothing but kind and got me in a car right away so that I could get back to Cleveland. They even put me in a fun Jeep - which turned out to be too much car for me. I called the Lakewood location and they were amazing too. They walked the lot of available cars with me to find a smaller car that I was more comfortable in. Even the gentleman at turn in in North Canton was a sweetheart and very helpful at explaining everything. This was a great experience and hopefully I don't need a rental anytime soon, but if I do, I will choose Enterprise.
