  Every negative review on here about warranty’s is spot on with this company. Bought a (new) 3 year old Chevy 6500 Chiptruck and went to pickup in canton, drove back someone how 3.5 hours without an issue. Once put to work that week we realized there was an electrical or battery issue turning off the 4x4 and other applications in early winter. No Chevy dealer could assist and CIC was zero help. Finally found out by dealer the batteries were bad in it when sold to us and were replaced due to that fact. CIC thinks they did something even tho that didn’t help the problem it’s a wiring or bad alternator issue but they said they are closing the claim and have done what they could. Complete waste of time trying to even understand what those customer service agents are even saying. Try and find another way to get your vehicles or get a completely new setup that’s been checked out if not.

  Do not purchase anything from this company. We have had nothing but issues with our 2024 forestry bucket truck we bought from them. It has been in the shop almost as much as it has been out of it. The outriggers have been leaking since about 6 months after we purchased, they repaired 1 of the 4 and deny that that the others were leaking. Kept the truck until warranty was out and now we are just out of luck. I have never seen a company with such poor customer service across all departments. Sales, shop, and parts, all horrible. Wrong parts ordered, no one tells you until the day your truck is scheduled to be completed with repairs. Even drove 5 hours one way because we were told the truck was ready just to find out once we arrived it wasn’t, they “forgot” to fix some stuff. Communication is awful, they will just ignore you and hope you quit trying. Please, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else, their poor business will put yours out of business and they don’t even care. Also, don’t your DARE respond with please email us and tell us more about your experience. You have my emails begging for help from someone in your company, find them and have someone actually call me and explain why our brand new truck we bought from you all is a piece of junk and no one their cares enough to make it right.

  Horrible experience with this company. First tried calling them several times leaving messages and requesting quotes for a truck. Finally I drove to the location to be greeted by a woman who was very rude and telling me what I was asking wasn’t going to happen as if I was bothering her by asking. I would not recommend going to this place I couldn’t imagine being treated like that by any company in doing business with. Do not use these people I couldn’t imagine if I actually got the truck what problems would have been

  Horrible service, have multiple trucks broke and under warranty with manufacturers defects. WOULD NOT BUY HERE AGAIN
