I have never, NEVER, been treated with such disrespect from a person working retail or customer service as I was today by Rob Williams, over the phone. Wow, just wow!!! I had to ask if he was okay because it was that bad. I needed help placing an order online for the 20% off, called to make sure they had the products I need in stock as sometimes the online portal is incorrect. Rob proceeded to tell me that he is going to do all the work for me to go online and him not make the commission off of it. WHY WOULD YOU EVER SPEAK THIS TO A CUSTOMER???? Maybe if your customer service skills were better, people would want to come to the store and work with you sir. Saving the $60 is more important to me now by far, beyond your craptastic attitude and lack of cooth ROB! But, I hope you have a better day, month, year than how it seems to have started! I will make sure to report this upward and to tell everyone locally to go elsewhere, enjoy that commission spiral downward!
- MPMelissa PetersonNov 21, 20251.0I was in this store on November 20, 2025. I rented a Ball Joint Kit. Which cost $287.00 dollars to rent. I gave them $227.00 dollars in cash & I put the remaining $60.00 dollars on a card. So, I returned the same evening. Before, the store was about to close at 7:45 to return the Ball Joint Kit & was told. I would have to get my money refunded back to me on a card. I asked the young clerk. Why, did. I have to get my money refunded on a card. When, I gave them cash? He said. That there was not enough money in the register to cover it & I said. How could that be? When, I was just in there earlier & I gave them cash. The young clerk said. I could go to the Whipple store and get my full refund in cash there. But, I would not have made it there on time. Because, that location was about to close also. So, I told him to go ahead and put it on my card & and the refund is still pending. It could take up to 24 hours or even a couple weeks for my money to be returned to me. When, I gave them cash. I always patronize this store. When, I need parts or anything for my vehicle. I will never patronize this store again. 👎🏽👎🏽

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
